I haven't been there yet, but I discovered these oysters at a Christmas market. What a wonderful discovery! The oysters are excellent and the owners are adorable and passionate! If you didn't like Bouzigues oysters because you thought they were too salty, try these and you'll change your mind !!!!!
A delicious discovery when we tasted these oysters number 2 and 3 exondées, i.e. taken out of the water once a week, which makes them fleshy. We were unaware of this technique, specific to the Mediterranean. A marvel and very friendly professionals who share their passion with us.
